Process Mapping 
The course looks at the importance of process mapping, establishment of process framework/critical success factors, assessment of the impact of a process change and development of an action plan for application of process improvement.
Objectives
To provide attendees with:
An awareness of the requirements for process mapping in applicable management standards.
An understanding of process mapping and analysis techniques.
An understanding of the need to identify and apply balanced process measures and how process measures (e.g. KPI’s) should be used.

ISO 9001:2008 Awareness Course for Quality Managers and Auditors
(Half day)
Overview
The purpose of the training is to ensure that both Quality managers and auditors are aware of the changes to ISO 9001:2008 and understand what effect they will have on the quality management system and how to interpret the changes when undertaking audits
Note - IRCA registered auditors must complete 2 hours CPD before any audits to the new standard will be taken into account for registration/re-registration purposes.

Sustainable Event Management

This IRCA Registered OH&SMS auditor conversion course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to assess the conformance of an organisation's Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems with OHSAS 18001 be it at an internal level, supplier assessment or independent 3rd Party level. Any Health & Safety Management System requires an effective audit by a competent OH & SMS auditor, which requires a comprehensive understanding of risk assessment, risk management and improvement processes.
The course is aimed primarily at people who have audit experience and now wish to add the ability to audit Safety Management Systems to their overall audit capability.
