The Link Services Division helps Business Links and Governments to produce better results from their small business support schemes by applying quality principles to them.

Investigations are performed on existing schemes, reports written on how to improve them, and assistance provided in running them should clients so wish. (Almost all have done so). Results have shown Link Services to have both saved money and improved results for clients and locked them into a virtuous cycle of improvement.

Work on improving the Malaysian Government's programme of support for small business development has also been successfully provided.
